Booking Appointments

All services are scheduled by appointments ONLY.  Please try to schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks in advanced as appointments fill up very quickly.  To guarantee the availability of your next appointment, it is recommended that you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving the spa.  Please note: We do accept walk-ins if the schedule permits, however we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all of our clients, we request 48 hours advances notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice, a non-refundable deposit will be required via Master Card or Visa before EVERY appointment scheduled thereafter.  $25 for any service under $100 and $50 for any service over $100.

Change of Service Fee must be done 48 hours before the appointed date, if not, there will be a fee of $25 for any services under $100 and $50 for any services over $100.

 

Deposits

All new clients must leave a deposit when making an appointment and ALL returning clients must have a valid credit card on file.  All deposits are non-refundable and are good for up to one year after initial deposit. $25 for any service under $100 and $50 for any service over $100.

 

Punctuality

Our clients’ time is very valuable to them and to us.  We greatly appreciate your punctuality so that all clients can be accommodated at their scheduled time.  When one client is late it delays all other clients scheduled for that day.  If a client is more than 30 minutes late for an appointment, there will be a $15 late fee attached to your bill so that we can compensate the inconvenienced client as a courtesy.  We understand circumstances may arise that impact your arrival and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  However, in extreme cases, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

 

Hair Detangling/Take Out

We require that all clients have their hair detangled PRIOR to your appointment.  If you have braids or any added hair, you must have it already taken out and detangled prior to your appointment.  There is a fee of $25 per hour per stylist for detangling and take out services.

 

Correcting a Style

We understand that no one is perfect.  If for some reason you have a problem with your style (i.e. twists coming out) please let us know within two weeks of your original appointment.  Anything done after the two week period will be charged the regular rate.

 

Credit/Debit Card Usage

We are happy to provide our clients with the option of paying by means of a debit or credit card.  There is a 3% service charge for ANY debit/credit card usage.  If you would like to avoid this fee, we recommend that you bring cash.

 

Children

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all of our clients.  For everyone’s comfort, children are not allowed in the spa unless they are being serviced.  When being serviced, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

If an appointment must be cancelled due to children being brought without service, there will be a fee of $25 for any services under $100 and $50 for any services over $100.
